For the sake of smoother organization of the program students were divided into several groups. Each group had its own teacher and leader over the course of their stay. Students knew who to contact should they need some help.
At the end of each day a meeting was held where teachers and Tern lectors discussed how the day had gone and what would happen the next day. The communication between the lectors and the teachers was good and the teachers were supportive of the lectors thoughout the entire event.

Over the course of the event it was noted by the lectors that the involvement of students in activities grew. This was appearent especially during the high ropes activities where students supported each other more and during strategic team activities they communicated and thought in a more structural manner. The lectors were pleased with the fact no one got hurt during any of activities.
